IFE 2027 at ExCeL London: where to stay for the food & drink trade show

IFE 2027 is the UK's largest gathering of the food and drink trade, running at ExCeL London from 5 to 7 April 2027. As the anchor show of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, it brings together over 1,500 suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and brand owners spread across 13 event sections, from ingredients and packaging to wine, spirits and hospitality equipment. Across three days, more than 25,000 verified trade visitors from 105 countries come to Royal Victoria Dock to source new lines, negotiate with international suppliers and get ahead of the trends shaping the year. The Future Food Stage, the New Products Discovery Theatre and the Startup Market put the newest-to-market products in front of buyers first. IFE shares the venue with co-located events including IFE Manufacturing, HRC, The Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360, Speciality & Fine Food Fair and International Salon Culinaire, so a single trip covers the whole food, drink and hospitality supply chain. Opening times run 10:00-17:00 on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 April, and 10:00-16:00 on Wednesday 7 April.
