IFEX Ireland 2028: Food, Drink & Hospitality Trade Show in Lisburn

IFEX Ireland is Northern Ireland's flagship trade exhibition for the food, drink, retail and hospitality industries. Staged at the Eikon Exhibition Centre in Lisburn, it brings together exhibitors from across the island of Ireland and further afield to showcase the latest products, equipment, interiors, technology and services shaping the sector. Across three days, the show delivers a packed programme of live competitions, demonstrations and networking, headlined by the prestigious Salon Culinaire Belfast chef competition, alongside the Great Taste Market, the IFEX Innovation Awards and dedicated stages for drinks and culinary talent. It is a key meeting point for professional buyers, distributors and hospitality operators. IFEX is strictly a business-to-business event, aimed at visitors with a professional interest in hospitality, retail or foodservice. Attendees can discover new suppliers, compare products side by side and pick up insight into the trends driving profitability across the industry. For those travelling to the show, Lisburn is well connected to Belfast and the wider region, with a good choice of accommodation for visitors and exhibitors.
