Infarma 2027: hotels near Fira Gran Via, Barcelona

Infarma is Europe's largest pharmacy gathering, combining the European Community Pharmacy Congress with a trade show for medicines and parapharmacy. From 16 to 18 March 2027, Fira Barcelona's Gran Via venue (Hall 3) becomes the meeting point for laboratories, service providers and the professionals who work behind the counter every day. Across three days, attendees can join more than a hundred talks, panel discussions and inspirational sessions led by leading speakers, while discovering the latest in dermopharmacy, nutrition, women's health and pharmacy digitalisation. The exhibition floor is where buyers negotiate with suppliers, explore new business lines and gather ideas to bring back to their pharmacies. Infarma is open exclusively to industry professionals. Over 300 exhibitors and tens of thousands of trade visitors take part in each edition, making it a fixture in the pharmacy calendar. If you are attending, staying near Fira Gran Via makes a real difference: shorter transfers and more time for the show floor and the scientific programme.
