AD/PD™ 2027 marks the 21st edition of the leading international conference on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases and related neurodegenerative disorders. Organised by Kenes International, it takes place on 16–20 March 2027 in Barcelona as a hybrid event, welcoming both on-site and virtual attendees. The scientific programme spans disease mechanisms, neuroinflammation, protein aggregation, fluid and imaging biomarkers, phase I–III clinical trials, drug discovery, gene therapy, immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, with strong emphasis on prevention, risk factors and early detection. The conference gathers medical and scientific professionals from around the world — from basic scientists to established clinical investigators and emerging talents — creating an environment that encourages exchange of ideas and networking. The 2026 edition attracted roughly 6,000 participants from over 70 countries. The meeting is applying for EACCME® accreditation and is guided by an international scientific committee led by President Abraham Fisher, with Ezio Giacobini, Gabriel Gold, Cynthia Lemere, Henrietta Nielsen, Roger M. Nitsch, Tamara Shiner and Manfred Windisch as Executive Organizers.
