Interpoma 2026: book your hotel in Bolzano

Interpoma is the leading international gathering for the whole apple value chain. Held every two years in Bolzano, it brings together growers, technicians, researchers and technology suppliers around the latest solutions for apple cultivation, harvesting, storage and marketing. The event pairs a trade exhibition with a technical congress and networking sessions, creating a space where industry players from around the world share know-how. It is a launchpad for innovations in machinery, cold storage, logistics and go-to-market strategies. If you plan to attend, book your stay in Bolzano or nearby South Tyrol towns well in advance: the fair draws professional visitors from many countries across its three days.
