Where to stay for Learning Technologies UK 2027 in London

Learning Technologies is Europe's flagship meeting point for organisational learning and the technology that supports learning at work. Held every May at ExCeL London, it pairs a free-to-attend exhibition for L&D and HR professionals with a paid, senior-level conference. The 2027 edition brings together 200+ exhibitors, 200 free seminars across multiple theatres and a conference programme focused on AI in learning, immersive technologies, LMS and LXP platforms, content design and learning strategy. The show is co-located with HR Technologies UK, so a single trip covers both the learning technology and HR technology markets. Behind the event is CloserStill Media, which has grown it over 25 years into the reference gathering for European learning decision-makers. Whether you are evaluating a new platform, sourcing content partners or benchmarking your learning strategy, the seminar programme and exhibition floor deliver practical, vendor-neutral insight across two focused days. ExCeL London sits on Royal Victoria Dock, well served by Custom House and Prince Regent stations on the DLR and Elizabeth line. Hotels around the venue fill up quickly around the show dates, so booking accommodation early is strongly advised for exhibitors, delegates and visitors alike.
