Logistic & Industrial Build Madrid 2026: where to stay by IFEMA

Logistic & Industrial Build Madrid returns on 11 and 12 November 2026 in Hall 4 of IFEMA, Madrid. It is the only Spanish trade fair devoted exclusively to logistics and industrial building, bringing together developers, contractors, engineering firms, materials manufacturers and technical solution providers under one roof. The programme pairs an exhibition floor with two conference theatres, where experts from the logistics real estate sector share trends, success stories and forward-looking insights. The show runs alongside Logistics & Automation Madrid and Empack Madrid, giving attendees a full view of the supply chain. The debut edition drew over 11,600 trade visitors and featured more than fifty exhibiting and sponsoring brands. The 2026 edition aims to build on that momentum, covering categories such as building materials, roofing and flooring, HVAC, insulation, fire protection, lighting and loading bay doors. Staying near IFEMA lets exhibitors and visitors walk to the venue or reach it in minutes, making the most of the two networking days. The Campo de las Naciones area and the surroundings of Avenida de la Partenón offer the most convenient hotel options for the event.
