Logistics & Automation Madrid 2026: where to stay near IFEMA

Logistics & Automation Madrid brings together Spain's logistics, intralogistics and transport industry for two working days at IFEMA's halls 2 and 4 on 11-12 November 2026. It is the country's benchmark gathering for professionals looking for storage, robotics, automation and supply chain solutions. The floor covers the entire logistics value chain: handling and lifting equipment, warehousing, tracking and labelling technology, WMS software, system integrators and a dedicated transport and last-mile delivery area. The event runs alongside Empack and Logistic & Industrial Build (LIB), so a single badge opens the doors to three shows. Expect five conference rooms, the Líderes de la Logística awards, ESG Awards, guided innovation tours and busy networking areas. Travelling in from outside Madrid? Staying at hotels near IFEMA — around Campo de las Naciones or along the A-2 corridor — keeps transfers short and makes the most of both show days.
