LUNCH! 2027 at ExCeL London: where to stay

lunch! is the UK's award-winning trade show for the food-to-go, coffee shop, café and retail sector. The 2027 edition takes place at ExCeL London on 22–23 September, bringing cafés, sandwich bars, coffee chains, contract caterers, wholesalers, delis and supermarkets together to source products, packaging, equipment and technology. Over two days visitors can meet hundreds of exhibiting suppliers, explore the Start-Up Zone and walk the Innovation Challenge gallery, which highlights the year's most original launches. A free seminar and keynote programme runs across multiple stages, with operators and industry leaders sharing insight on menus, sustainability, operations and consumer trends. In 2027 the show sits inside The London Food & Drink Festival, co-located with The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show, London Drinks Exchange, Natural & Organic Food Show and Artisan Food & Drink Show. One free ticket covers all five events on 22 and 23 September. Show hours are 10:00–17:00 on both days, with last entry at 16:00. lunch! is strictly trade only — no students or under-18s. Registration is free until 17:00 on 15 September 2027; after that, entry costs £50 on the door. ExCeL London is served by Custom House station on the Elizabeth line and DLR, with London City Airport less than a mile away.
