MAINTEC 2027 in Birmingham: stay near the NEC

Maintec is the UK's longest-standing trade exhibition dedicated to predictive maintenance, reliability engineering and asset management. For its 2027 edition, the show returns to the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham on 9 and 10 June as part of Smart Manufacturing Week, drawing maintenance managers, reliability engineers and asset care specialists from across British industry. The two-day programme brings together equipment suppliers, condition-monitoring technology providers, CMMS and asset management software vendors, and industrial cleaning and hygiene specialists. Visitors attend to compare solutions across measurement, control and testing, quality and maintenance management, and decision-support tools for plant operations. Because Maintec runs concurrently with sister events such as Design + Engineering Expo, Drives & Controls, Smart Factory Expo and Subcon, a single visit covers the wider manufacturing, automation and maintenance ecosystem under one roof. Trade visitors should plan their stay early, as NEC event weeks fill local hotels quickly. Booking Congress lists accommodation near the NEC, Birmingham International station and the airport so maintenance and reliability teams can stay within easy reach of the halls.
