MALMS Military Aviation Symposium 2027 in Orlando

MALMS is the annual Military Aviation Logistics & Maintenance Symposium where active-duty personnel from every U.S. military branch, Department of War civilians and defense industry stakeholders converge to strengthen aircraft readiness and materiel sustainment. Over three days at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, attendees work through operational readiness concerns, acquisition pathways and supply chain resilience in contested environments. The program pairs conference sessions on logistics, maintenance and sustainment strategy with an exhibition floor shared with MRO Americas, giving military buyers direct access to commercial MROs, OEMs, parts suppliers and technology providers. Industry Collaboration Sessions, an Ask the Experts track and an Innovation Showcase highlight commercially mature technologies that can accelerate logistics modernization. The symposium is designed for professionals who need a data-driven view of the military's most pressing logistics requirements, current RDT&E investments and defense contracting opportunities. Delegates include supply chain wings, NAVAIR, depot and fleet readiness teams alongside major defense contractors, MRO providers and academia. Networking is built into the format through Table Talk lunches, facilitated sessions and the MALMS Evening Reception, creating space to develop partnerships, mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities and reinforce the defense industrial base.
