MAPIC 2026 in Cannes: where to stay

MAPIC is the year-round meeting point for the international commercial real estate, leisure and foodservice industry. Across two days at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, investors, developers, retailers and operators come together to close deals, unveil new concepts and discuss where retail and hospitality are heading. Expect a packed exhibition floor alongside a conference programme, panel debates and structured networking aimed at accredited trade visitors. Brands often time store-opening announcements to the show, while funds scout shopping centres, leisure parks and mixed-use schemes on the French Riviera. Cannes fills up fast during the show, so hotels along La Croisette, in Cannes Centre and Le Suquet sell out months in advance. Book early and plan to walk to the Palais des Festivals to avoid traffic along the seafront.
