MARCA 2027 in Bologna: where to stay near BolognaFiere

MARCA by BolognaFiere brings together Italy's leading grocery chains and international retailers every January around the private label business. Major retailers take sizeable stands, making the show a key meeting point for manufacturers and suppliers aiming to win or expand own-brand listings. The Bologna Exhibition Centre layout groups exhibitors by category: food and beverages, fresh produce, household, personal care and non-food. Alongside the floor, the programme features forums, tastings and trend sessions on consumption, packaging and sustainability. Visitors are trade-only — buyers, category managers and retail innovation teams. Because the general public is not admitted, hotel demand concentrates among business travellers who book early in the Fiera District and Bologna's historic centre.
