MATELEC 2026 at IFEMA Madrid: electrical and electronics fair

MATELEC stands as southern Europe's leading gathering for the electrical, electronics and lighting industry. In the upcoming edition, the show joins GENERA within the International Week of Electrification and Decarbonisation, creating a joint platform that combines exhibition, knowledge and networking around the energy transition. Across three days, IFEMA Madrid hosts more than 800 exhibiting companies from 26 countries and over 34,000 sq m of exhibition space. The offering spans electrical and electronic installations, industry and smart factory solutions and lighting, with innovation, efficiency and digitalisation as recurring themes. The programme features more than 120 conferences and professional activities, including the Global Forum of the International Week, sector-specific sessions, technical presentations and the Innovation Gallery, a showcase of cutting-edge products and projects in energy efficiency, renewables and electrification. As a strictly professional event, MATELEC brings together installers, engineering firms, distributors, manufacturers and specifiers.
