Where to Stay for Miami Modern + Contemporary 2027 in Downtown Miami

Miami Modern + Contemporary (MM+C) debuts in January 2027 as the newest fair from the Art Miami Show Group, staged inside the CONTEXT Art Miami Pavilion at One Herald Plaza in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Co-directed by Nick Korniloff and Julian Navarro, the five-day inaugural edition features over 70 international galleries spanning blue chip contemporary, post-war and modern masters as well as emerging and mid-career artists. Opening night on January 20 is split between a Platinum VIP Preview and a VIP Preview for passholders and press, before the fair opens to the public January 21 through 24 with late hours until 7pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The pavilion sits between the Venetian and MacArthur Causeways, a block from the Adrienne Arsht Center Metromover stop and an easy ride from Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District and Miami Beach. Public parking is available in the adjacent Omni Garage, and Brightline trains connect MiamiCentral to West Palm Beach and Orlando for collectors travelling down the coast.
