Millésime BIO 2027 in Montpellier: where to stay

Millésime BIO is the reference global marketplace for organic wines and alcoholic beverages, and its 34th edition runs from 25 to 27 January 2027 at the Montpellier Exhibition Centre. Organised by SudVinBio, the fair connects French and international producers with professional buyers from around the world. The show floor is divided into four fully organic zones — Beer&Bio, Cider&Bio, Spirit&Bio and NoLow&Bio — alongside the Enoteca, a free tasting hall with over a thousand references sorted by country, appellation and colour. Masterclasses and conferences run throughout the three days, covering trends and challenges shaping the organic drinks industry. Entry is restricted to professionals working in the buying and selling of organic wines and alcoholic beverages, plus accredited press. Service and advisory suppliers and the general public are not admitted; students and teachers can attend with registered credentials. Free shuttles connect the venue with the tram, the train station and the airport. For accommodation, the Montpellier area offers options within 30 minutes of the exhibition centre, from city hotels to stays with local winegrowers.
