MOUNTAIN PLANET 2028 in Grenoble: where to stay close to Alpexpo

Mountain Planet is the leading international gathering for mountain professionals, held every two years at the Alpexpo exhibition centre in Grenoble since 1974. It brings together manufacturers, public officials, ski resort operators, hospitality providers and service companies working on the development, equipment and sustainable management of mountain territories. At its most recent edition, the fair welcomed more than 21,000 trade visitors from 65 countries and hosted over 480 exhibitors across 60,000 sqm of exhibition space. The presence of international delegations and key decision-makers makes Mountain Planet a global reference point for the mountain ecosystem, covering both winter and summer seasons. The programme features international round tables and conferences on the sector's key challenges, alongside presentations of innovations and new technologies aimed at responsible mountain development. Initiatives such as the Innovation Book and the Trophées highlight the most outstanding proposals at each edition. Visitors travelling from outside Grenoble can reach the venue easily thanks to the TGV rail network and the international airports of Grenoble, Lyon-Saint Exupéry and Geneva.
