New York Farm Show 2027 in Syracuse: plan your stay

Since 1985, the New York Farm Show has been the Northeast's premier indoor agricultural event, bringing together thousands of farmers, ranchers and ag professionals under one roof. Held at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, the 2027 edition runs February 25–27 across six heated buildings packed with the latest in farm equipment, tractors, combines, precision-ag tools, seed and crop protection products. With more than 400 exhibitors, the show is the region's largest marketplace for dairy and beef production systems, robotic milking technology, woodlot management and forestry equipment. Live outdoor demonstrations give attendees a hands-on look at machinery in action, while educational displays and seminars — including forestry sessions hosted by the New York Forest Owners Association — cover sustainable practices and landowner strategies. A signature feature is the beef showcase presented by the New York Beef Producers Association, complete with interactive contests, farm tours and presentations from Junior Beef Producers. Whether you're sourcing equipment, comparing suppliers or scouting the next generation of ag tech, the New York Farm Show offers a focused, three-day window to get it done. Syracuse's fairground location and nearby hotel corridor make it easy for out-of-town exhibitors and visitors to plan a stay. Book early — February is peak winter travel season in Central New York.
