Ocean Business 2027 in Southampton: where to stay

Ocean Business returns to the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton from 6 to 8 April 2027 as the global meeting place for ocean science and technology professionals. With more than 300 world-leading manufacturers and service providers on site, the event is built around hands-on engagement: dockside waters, onboard vessels, a test tank and classrooms host over 180 hours of live demonstrations and training sessions. The exhibition spans surveying innovation, marine autonomous systems, biological and chemical sensors, hydrographic survey, underwater communications, GIS and mapping, geophysics, renewables, oil and gas, defence and maritime security, and environmental monitoring. A free conference programme, co-hosted meetings, the Ocean Careers programme and a full social calendar round out three days of practical learning and networking. The show opens Tuesday 6 April from 9:30am to 5pm, Wednesday 7 April from 9:30am to 6:30pm (including the Wine Trail Social Event) and Thursday 8 April from 9:30am to 4pm. No parking is available on site at the NOC; the official car park is Ocean Cruise Terminal Car Park. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport, with UniLink buses connecting Southampton Central station and the city centre to the venue.
