PAX Unplugged 2026 in Philadelphia: where to stay

PAX Unplugged returns to Philadelphia from December 4–6, 2026, taking over the Pennsylvania Convention Center with a full tabletop program. Expect a packed expo hall, open freeplay tables, tournaments, RPG sessions, miniatures, card games and live music across three days. The show is built for both trade visitors and general attendees. Publishers and studios use it to demo upcoming releases and meet press, while players get hands-on time with new titles, compete in events and explore the PAX Rising Showcase for indie projects. Staying close to the venue makes a real difference during a convention this dense. Center City Philadelphia puts hotels, restaurants and transit within walking distance of the convention center, so booking early is the safest way to secure a good rate during a busy December weekend.
