Photonex Europe 2028 in Coventry: where to stay

Photonex Europe 2028 is the UK's dedicated meeting point for photonics, applied optics, lasers and optical instrumentation, hosted at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Over two days, exhibitors present fibre optics, biophotonics, machine vision, measurement and testing equipment and laser systems, giving visitors a chance to see hardware in person and speak with the engineers behind it. The programme mixes an exhibition floor with industry-led activity, which makes staying close to the venue worthwhile: hotels near the Ricoh Arena keep the commute short between stands, meetings and evening plans. October is a busy month for events in Coventry, so booking accommodation early is the practical move for exhibitors, speakers and visiting buyers alike.
