PRINT4ALL 2027 in Milan: where to stay

PRINT4ALL 2027 is Italy's flagship event for the graphic arts, industrial printing and visual communication industry. Over four days, the Fiera Milano halls in Rho-Pero bring together manufacturers, distributors and professional buyers from across Europe to showcase the latest machinery, consumables and digital workflows. The exhibition covers the entire printing ecosystem: from publishing and graphic design to converting, package printing and labelling, as well as industrial printing and advertising communication. It is a key meeting point to catch up on trends such as automation, sustainable materials and short-run personalisation. For those travelling to Milan for the show, staying near the Rho-Pero venue makes it easier to make the most of the schedule without long commutes. BookingCongress offers accommodation options both around the exhibition centre and in central Milan, well connected by metro and train. Access is reserved for trade professionals, and the organisers recommend planning accreditation in advance. The fair is held every two years, alternating with other major dates on the Milan trade show calendar.
