Progetto Fuoco 2028 in Verona: where to stay

Progetto Fuoco is the global reference event for the wood energy and biomass heating industry. Its 2028 edition runs at Veronafiere from February 23 to 26, showcasing stoves, fireplaces, boilers, combustion systems and machinery for the primary processing of wood. The fair spans Halls 1 through 8 and outdoor areas, with more than 65,000 square metres of exhibition space, 7,000 of which are devoted to Progetto Bosco, the zone dedicated to forestry machinery and biomass production. With over 60,000 trade visitors from more than 35 countries and 430 exhibiting companies, Progetto Fuoco serves as a business platform, a technology showcase and a commercial meeting point for the entire value chain. The offer covers heating and furnishing, technologies, components and services — from pellet stoves to cogeneration systems, silos, wood chippers and flue equipment. The 2028 edition is part of an international circuit that begins in Poznań, Poland, with Progetto Fuoco Poland 2027 inside BUDMA, and culminates in Verona. The event also features a conference programme, the Forum Nazionale dell'Energia dal Legno and dedicated innovation areas. Verona, the host city, is well connected by rail and road and offers a hotel network equipped to welcome international buyers, trade delegations and industry professionals throughout the four-day fair.
