ProMat 2027 in Chicago: Where to Stay Near McCormick Place

ProMat 2027 is the flagship gathering for material handling, logistics and supply chain professionals in North America. Over three days at McCormick Place in Chicago, the show floor hosts more than 1,200 exhibitors presenting inventory management, dock and warehouse equipment, automatic identification systems and end-to-end supply chain software. Delegates can choose from 200 educational sessions and three keynotes, including the 2027 MHI Annual Industry Report panel, a talk from DVx Ventures CEO Jon McNeill, and a leadership conversation with former Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski. Tuesday closes with MHI Industry Night featuring comedian Charlie Berens. Entry is free for trade visitors who register in advance, and international attendees get dedicated support through the show's international visitor program. Held every two years in alternation with MODEX, ProMat is the moment to see where automation and logistics technology are heading next. Because the event draws tens of thousands of buyers and engineers to the Near South Side, accommodation around McCormick Place sells out quickly. Reserve a hotel close to the venue early to keep commuting simple during show days.
