Food & Drink Expo 2027 at the NEC, Birmingham

Food & Drink Expo 2027 is the meeting place for buyers and suppliers across retail, wholesale, foodservice, manufacturing and hospitality. Running alongside Farm Shop & Deli Show, National Convenience Show, Forecourt Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions as part of The UK Food & Drink Shows, it brings together more than 1500 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors under one roof at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. The 2027 edition puts a spotlight on health-led innovation through the 'Future Foods' area, gathering products that prioritise wellness, functionality and sustainability. Buyers come to source new lines, sharpen margins and build more profitable customer experiences, while suppliers use the show to launch products and meet decision-makers face to face. The show is strictly trade-only: no under-18s are admitted. A single free pass gives access to all five co-located events across the three days, Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 April 2027.
