Retail Technology Show 2027 at ExCeL London

Retail Technology Show opens at ExCeL London on 21–22 April 2027, gathering retailers, consumer brands and the technology suppliers working across the sector. The exhibition floor spans payments, EPOS, ecommerce, CRM, supply chain, loss prevention, cyber security and store operations, giving buying teams the chance to compare solutions in a single visit. Alongside the floor, the show runs a conference and content programme with six tracks, workshops and roundtables, plus a networking schedule built around the Retailers Lounge, the Access Members Club and the BIG Retail Party. The 2026 edition welcomed 15,000 retail professionals and featured 125 speakers across both days. Retailers, consumer brands and leisure and hospitality organisations attend free of charge. Technology and service providers, along with students, must purchase a pass. The venue sits next to Custom House station on the Elizabeth line and DLR, a short walk from the west entrance.
