RoboBusiness 2026 in Santa Clara: Where to Stay

RoboBusiness is the flagship meeting point for the commercial robotics industry in North America. Over two decades it has brought together the founders, engineers, product leaders and investors who actually ship robots into factories, warehouses, hospitals and farms. The 2026 edition celebrates twenty years of the show and returns to the Santa Clara Convention Center in the middle of Silicon Valley. Expect more than 40 sessions across 5 core tracks, mixing keynotes from robotics and AI leaders with deep-dive panels on machine learning, motion control, sensing, development tools and legged robots. Networking is a headline reason people return: roughly 44% of attendees are executives or C-suite, so show-floor conversations often turn into real deals fast. The expo hall is where you get hands on hardware. Exhibitors run live demos of autonomous mobile robots, warehouse automation, surgical platforms and agricultural machinery, letting buyers compare integrations and deployment timelines in one afternoon. Sponsors range from large industrial automation vendors to sensor, vision and robotics software companies. Santa Clara is a convenient base for a work trip — minutes from Levi's Stadium and California's Great America, with plenty of hotels within walking distance or a short drive of the venue. Late October is a busy conference window in the South Bay, so reserve your room early.
