Roma Mineral Show 2026 in Rome: minerals, fossils and shells

Since 1979, the Gruppo Mineralogico Romano has organised the Roma Mineral Show, one of Italy's leading events in its field. The 46th edition brings together exhibitors from around the world showcasing minerals, rocks, gems, fossils and shells, alongside thematic displays, institutions and established organisations across a large exhibition area. The show runs on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026, from 9:00 to 19:00, on Level B of the Ergife Palace Hotel at Via Aurelia 619 (Largo L. Mossa). Admission is free for the general public. The programme includes a broad educational and outreach area with hands-on activities, plus a series of talks scheduled across the two days. Set in western Rome along Via Aurelia and within walking distance of Cornelia metro station (Line A), the venue is easy to reach by car from the GRA ring road or by public transport. For accommodation, hotels around the Ergife Palace put you a short walk or a few minutes' ride from the show floor.
