Wellness & Natural Health Fair in Paris 2027

The Paris Wellness, Alternative Medicine & Thalasso Fair returns for its 43rd edition from 28 January to 1 February 2027 in Hall 5.1 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It is France's flagship event for natural health and complementary therapies, drawing laboratories, training schools, practitioners and wellness brands under one roof. The showfloor is organised into two main poles. The natural health and soft medicine pole covers training programmes, specialist expertise, massage techniques, mental and emotional health and nutrition. The wellness and spirit pole brings together healthy food, restorative sleep, movement, authentic beauty and spiritual awakening, with around 300 exhibitors and 150 sessions overall. New for 2027 is a yoga-pilates area offering immersive participatory sessions, plus a series of 20-minute 'talks' designed to make health topics accessible to a general audience. Long-running features such as the Village des Écoles and the healthy-eating workshops also return. Travellers attending the fair will find booking a hotel near Porte de Versailles the most convenient option: the venue is well connected to central Paris and the surrounding 15th arrondissement offers a wide choice of accommodation.
