Salon Bien-Être & Santé 2026 in Albi: wellness and health at Pratgraussals

The Salon Bien-Être & Santé returns to Albi on 24–25 October 2026 at the Salle événementielle de Pratgraussals. Run by the Association Être & Bien-Être Tarn, the fair brings together more than 70 exhibitors covering wellness, health, sport and personal development, alongside a programme of 20 workshops and talks across the weekend. Giving back is central to the event: adult entry costs just €1 (free for under-16s) and every euro raised goes to the Association Rêves, a charity that grants wishes to seriously ill children and teenagers. The 2026 event is hosted by Juliette Mercier, the author and illustrator known as Stomie Busy, who will lead a meditative drawing workshop and give a short talk about living with Crohn's disease. Doors open Saturday 9:30–18:30 and Sunday 9:30–18:00. Set in the 81000 district of Albi, the venue is easy to reach and well served by parking, making it a convenient base for visitors travelling from across the Occitanie region.
