Lyon Motor Show 2027: where to stay near Eurexpo

The Lyon Motor Show returns to Eurexpo from 22 to 26 September 2027, keeping its biennial slot as the flagship automotive gathering for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Exhibitors range from mainstream new-car brands to the used-vehicle market, eco-mobility providers, motorsport teams and the wider aftermarket for services and accessories. Because the show welcomes both trade visitors and the general public, attendees can compare models side by side, explore the latest powertrain and financing options, and browse workshop and service-station equipment. Eurexpo's halls are split into themed zones so visitors can plan a route through the vehicles and stands that interest them most. Travellers arriving from outside Lyon should book accommodation near the Chassieu exhibition centre early, since the site is well connected to central Lyon by public transport and by the eastern ring road. Weekend days draw the biggest crowds, so securing a hotel in the area well in advance is the most practical option for a relaxed visit.
