Salon de l'Etudiant de Caen 2026: where to stay

The Salon de l'Etudiant de Caen 2026 brings together universities, engineering and business schools, vocational training providers and student support services for two full days. Exhibitors answer questions on degree programmes, admissions and career prospects, while short 45-minute talks cover Parcoursup, apprenticeships, preparatory classes and other routes into higher education. The fair is organised by L'Etudiant together with the académie de Normandie, the regional orientation and careers agency, the City of Caen and the University of Caen Normandy. Education psychologists and orientation advisers offer free one-to-one guidance throughout the event. Admission is free but requires prior registration, either individually or as a school group. Visitors travelling from elsewhere in Normandy or from other parts of France should book their stay near the Parc des Expositions in advance, since December is a busy month for academic events in the region.
