Rouen Student Fair 2027: where to stay

The Rouen Student Fair 2027 is Normandy's flagship annual gathering for students weighing up their options after the baccalauréat. Over two days, the Parc des Expositions brings together universities, business and engineering schools, vocational training centres and guidance bodies, all focused on helping young people and their families shape a realistic academic plan. Run in partnership with the Normandy education authority, the fair puts Parcoursup at centre stage, covering the application calendar, choosing courses, building a file and replying to institutions. Free talks hosted by journalists and experts tackle topics such as apprenticeships, preparatory classes, grandes écoles and university pathways. Alongside the exhibitors, visitors can book free advice sessions with national education psychologists and guidance counsellors, and use digital tools to explore careers and courses across the region. Entry needs to be booked in advance, is free of charge and name-specific, and can be shown on a phone. For those travelling in from outside Rouen, the venue's position in Le Grand Quevilly makes it easy to find a hotel near the Parc des Expositions, with straightforward public transport and road links.
