Salon de l'Habitat de Chartres 2027: where to stay

The Salon de l'Habitat de Chartres is the yearly gathering for anyone planning to build, renovate or redecorate a home in the Eure-et-Loir area. Across one weekend, the L'Illiade venue hosts builders, developers, estate agents, banks, notaries and specialists in energy efficiency, decoration and furniture, all on hand to discuss real projects. The 23rd edition runs on 13-14 March 2027 at the Parc des Expositions L'Illiade. Admission is free, and the show pairs trade stands with talks on topics such as making a home more comfortable and self-sufficient, or the challenges facing co-owned buildings. Around 70 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors are expected, a scale that keeps things approachable: you can compare quotes, look at material samples and speak directly with professionals without the crowds of the big national fairs. It is a practical way to move a housing project forward over a single weekend.
