Boulogne-sur-Mer Home & Property Show 2026

The fifth edition of the Boulogne-sur-Mer Home & Property Show takes place at L'Embarcadère on Quai Thurot. It is the yearly meeting point for homeowners along the Côte d'Opale who want to compare quotes, see materials firsthand and talk directly to local building and renovation professionals. Exhibitors cover furnishing, architecture, heating, builders, kitchen designers, decoration, renewable energy, enclosures, insulation, carpentry, landscaping, renovation, finance and roofing. Each stand runs show-only offers over the two days, making it easy to settle a project while visiting. Admission is free for all visitors and parking is available nearby. The venue is accessible for visitors with reduced mobility and offers bar and food service throughout the day. As an added draw, ECLIPSO hosts an immersive virtual reality Titanic experience. Opening hours run from 10:00 to 19:00 on Saturday and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday. Given the seafront location, booking accommodation in Boulogne-sur-Mer or neighbouring towns such as Wimereux, Outreau or Le Portel is advisable.
