Saint-Omer Home and Real Estate Show 2027

The Saint-Omer Home and Real Estate Show returns for its 11th edition on 12–13 March 2027 at the Auchan Rives de l'Aa venue in Longuenesse. Organised by Coteo with backing from CAPSO, the two-day event assembles builders, renovation specialists, energy advisors and interior professionals from across the Hauts-de-France region. Across the hall you will find stands covering furniture, architecture, heating, construction, kitchen design, decoration, renewable energy, window and door systems, insulation, carpentry, landscaping, full renovation projects and financing advice. It is a practical chance to line up several quotes in one afternoon and take advantage of show-only pricing. Admission is free for everyone, on-site parking is available next to the venue, and the space is step-free for visitors with reduced mobility. Food and drinks are served throughout the day.
