Cognac Home & Garden Show 2027: where to stay near Espace 3000

The Cognac Home & Garden Show returns to Espace 3000 from 12 to 14 February 2027 for three days focused on housing, renovation and outdoor living. Around 95 exhibitors take part —builders, finance providers, renovation contractors, interior designers, landscapers and equipment suppliers— all on hand to discuss specific projects and provide on-the-spot quotes. Alongside the stands, the programme features the Cafés-Rencontres, an advice and discussion area hosted by CRER and Grand Cognac Rénov' where visitors can get guidance on how to renovate and live better in their homes. It is a practical stop for anyone planning to buy, refurbish or redecorate and wanting to meet several trades in a single visit. The show runs Friday 12, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February, open continuously from 10:00 to 19:00. Admission is €4, free for under-18s, and parking is also free. A restaurant and bar operate on site. Because the event has a mixed profile, trade exhibitors and end consumers looking for home products and services share the floor. Espace 3000 sits on Boulevard Oscar Planat in central Cognac, within walking distance of the historic quarter and easily reached by road from Angoulême and Saintes.
