Salon de l'Habitat & Jardin 2027: where to stay in Fontenay-le-Comte

Fontenay-le-Comte's Salon de l'Habitat & Jardin brings together trade visitors and the general public around housing, building and home improvement. The Espace Culturel et de Congrès René-Cassin hosts exhibitors in renovation, building materials, kitchens, bathrooms, decoration and fabrics, alongside landscaping and gardening specialists. It is a key date for anyone planning a renovation, a new-build purchase or an interior redesign in the Vendée region. Visitors can compare quotes, see products on display and talk directly with local craftsmen and companies. The fair runs once a year, in March, and mixes trade access with general public opening. If you are planning to attend, book your accommodation in Fontenay-le-Comte or nearby towns early, as local hotel availability tightens during the show days. The organiser, L.É.O - Loire Evénement Organisation, runs more than 48 home and decoration fairs across France, which means a well-established format and a broad exhibitor line-up.
