Salon Déco La Rochelle 2027: where to stay by Espace Encan

The Salon Déco La Rochelle returns for its 25th edition as the Atlantic coast's main gathering for interior decoration and design. Over four days, Espace Encan is divided into four complementary areas — creative space, indoor decoration, outdoor decoration and the ecrin — with the whole layout sunk into darkness so that targeted lighting brings out shapes, textures and finishes. Around 150 exhibitors travel in from across France: furniture, lighting and textile makers, decorators, interior designers, architects, master craftsmen and galleries. Visitors can compare ranges, commission bespoke pieces, request quotes or simply collect ideas for a renovation, a new build or a holiday home. The fair serves two audiences at once: trade buyers looking for suppliers, trends and business contacts, and the general public hunting for direct advice and show-floor pricing. Admission is €6, free for under-18s, and a half-price ticket can be downloaded from the organiser's website. The venue is Espace Encan, a waterfront complex a short walk from La Rochelle's old harbour and historic centre.
