Real Estate and Construction Education Fair in Paris 2026

The Salon des Formations Immobilières et BTP de Paris takes place on 21 November 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, at the Paris Event Center in the 19th arrondissement. Engineering grandes écoles, IUTs, BTS courses and specialist schools present their programmes to future students and their families, with free entry for all visitors. Visitors can sit in on three talks led by industry specialists and speak one-to-one with course directors and current students. Programmes range from post-bac to bac+5 level, covering construction, architecture, sales, prospecting, civil engineering, energy and real estate development. The fair is backed by the Île-de-France academic region and the Île-de-France region, and is part of the Studyrama circuit of events running across Paris on the same day. It is a chance to compare curricula, entry requirements and career outcomes under one roof. Travellers arriving from outside Paris should book accommodation near the venue early: the La Villette area hosts several fairs at once and hotel demand peaks that weekend.
