Studyrama Tourism and Hospitality Fair in Paris 2027

The Paris Tourism, Hospitality and Catering Training Fair brings together universities, BTS programmes and specialised schools from across the sector at Espace Champerret. It is a must-attend date for students mapping out a career in travel, hotels or gastronomy. Across one day, visitors can explore 500 training programmes, attend five expert-led conferences, watch live culinary demonstrations and join chef-guided tastings. Programme directors and current students are on hand to answer questions about admissions, coursework, internships and job prospects. Participating institutions include Ferrandi Paris, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Ecole Ferrières, EPMT, EHTP, CY Gastronomie, Ecole de Savignac, Vatel, Médéric, Ecole Internationale Tunon and Exelia Tourism School, among many others. The event is organised by Studyrama in partnership with the Île-de-France academic region and supported by Le Journal des Palaces. The venue is reachable via metro Porte de Champerret (line 3) and buses 84, 92, 39, 163, 164, 165 and PC.
