Mâcon Wine Fair 2027: where to stay in Mâcon

Every spring, the Salon des Vins de Mâcon brings together winemakers, growers and wine lovers at the Parc des Expositions in Mâcon, on the banks of the Saône. Over three days, producers from Burgundy and other French wine regions present their vintages for tasting and direct purchase, in a setting designed for both trade professionals and enthusiastic consumers. The 2027 edition runs from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 April, opening 2pm to 9pm on the first two days and 10am to 6pm on the Sunday. Admission costs €5 and includes a screen-printed tasting glass; under-12s enter free. The event is organised by the Comité des Salons et Concours de Mâcon, the body behind the long-established Concours des Grands Vins de France. Beyond the tasting floor, the fair pairs with the Marché des plaisirs gourmands, a gourmet market that rounds out the wine offer. The venue is linked to central Mâcon and to Mâcon-Loché TGV station via bus lines A and E, and is easily reached by car from the A6, A40 and RCEA (N79) motorways. Visitors coming from out of town will find several hotels around the Parc des Expositions within a short walk or drive, making it easy to plan a weekend stay around the fair.
