Salon du Cheval d'Angers 2026: where to stay in Angers

The Angers Horse Show is back at the city's Parc des Expositions from 13 to 15 November 2026, marking its tenth edition and reaffirming its status as the leading equestrian gathering in western France. Over three days, the venue welcomes 285 exhibitors spread across more than 30,000 square metres, with themed zones covering sport and competitions, horse racing, breeding, western riding, innovation through the Hippolia capsule, and a village for training and equine careers. Alongside the exhibition, six themed arenas host non-stop demonstrations and activities, while the flagship "Étoiles Équestres" gala returns on Saturday 14 November at 8:30 pm in the Amphitéa arena after a one-year break, pairing an equestrian stage competition with the "Accords & Crins" equestrian concert. Sustainability is also central to the event through twelve eco-design commitments and the We Horse Green area. Organised by Destination Angers, the show targets both equine industry professionals and the general riding public. The 2025 edition set a record attendance and earned the EQUURES EVENT label, underscoring its weight on the French equestrian calendar.
