Salon de l'Étudiant Chambéry 2027: where to stay

The Salon de l'Étudiant in Chambéry is the yearly gathering where school leavers and their families can map out what comes next. Under one roof, public and private lycées, universities, business schools, engineering schools and other institutions showcase their programmes — from bac level up to Bac+5, in initial training or through work-study schemes. The fair is run with the Région académique de Grenoble and puts Parcoursup front and centre: the calendar, how to pick specialisations, how to build the application file and how to answer offers from institutions. Talks hosted by L'Étudiant journalists also cover apprenticeships, preparatory classes and specialised schools. Beyond the stands, visitors get practical tools: orientation tests, career and study fact sheets, an interactive floor plan to plan a route and a checklist of questions to make the most of conversations with exhibitors. Admission is free but requires pre-registration with a named invitation. For those travelling from outside Chambéry, the Parc Expo location — Hall D, 1725 avenue du Grand Arietaz — makes it easy to stay in the northern part of the city, well connected to the centre and the train station.
