Salon Habitat et Immobilier in Biarritz 2026: hotels near the Halle d'Iraty

The Salon Habitat et Immobilier - Solutions Maison brings together housing, renovation and real estate professionals at the Halle d'Iraty in Biarritz for three days in October 2026. It is the reference gathering for the French Basque Country and Landes region for anyone with a home project, whether already under way or still taking shape. Most visitors are homeowners who arrive with a specific brief: renovation, interior or exterior fitting-out, extension, construction or investment. The show spans kitchen and bathroom, heating and air conditioning, decoration, woodworking and environmental solutions. Alongside the exhibitor floor, the programme includes talks aimed at answering visitors' real questions and an advice area where quotes and proposals can be compared. The event puts an emphasis on carefully selected local exhibitors and on environmental responsibility. For those travelling in, Biarritz pairs a well-placed venue with a broad seaside hotel offering and easy links to Biarritz Pays Basque airport and to the main roads of southern Aquitaine.
