Biarritz Home & Real Estate Fair 2026

The Biarritz Home & Real Estate Fair gathers at the Halle d'Iraty each year a mix of property developers, single-family home builders, real estate agencies, brokers, insurers and asset managers. It is the meeting point for the French Basque Country housing market, aimed at both industry professionals and the general public looking to buy, build or invest. Across three days, visitors can compare offers, get answers on financing and insurance, and explore residential projects along the Basque coast. The fair blends commercial exhibitors with social spaces such as La Guinguette, and charity initiatives from Emmaüs. Organised by Expomedia, it takes place annually at the Halle d'Iraty. Booking a hotel in Biarritz or nearby towns like Anglet or Bayonne is recommended, as local accommodation fills up quickly during the event weekend.
