Salon Séminaires Business Events Lyon 2027: where to stay

The Salon Séminaires Business Events in Lyon is the yearly meeting point for professionals who plan, produce and book corporate gatherings. At Matmut Stadium Gerland, visitors walk through stands from agencies, unusual venues, hotels with meeting space, event technology providers and caterers, with a strong focus on the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The fair mixes a commercial exhibition with live demonstrations and networking slots, bringing together event managers, communications directors and HR teams looking for incentive trips and conventions beyond Paris. With a Trade Public audience, the atmosphere stays business-focused and the schedule is built for concrete leads and side-by-side comparisons before signing off on an event. For those travelling in from elsewhere, staying near the venue in Lyon's 7th district makes it easier to cover both fair days and any parallel meetings. The riverside location and the tram network link the stadium to the city centre and Part-Dieu station in just a few minutes.
