SOLUCOP Nice 2026: where to stay by the Palais Nikaïa

SOLUCOP Nice is the must-attend gathering for co-owners and property managers (síndics) across the Côte d'Azur. For two days, the Palais Nikaïa brings every player in the co-ownership ecosystem under one roof: management, maintenance, renovation and innovation for collective housing. The show serves both property professionals —síndics, real estate administrators, property managers— and a broader audience of co-owners, chairs of owner committees and volunteer managers. The goal is to talk directly with experts and walk away with concrete answers to everyday building issues. With representatives from more than 55 trades, SOLUCOP combines a full conference programme, training sessions and free advisory stands (co-ownership and legal). Training sessions are reserved for registered real estate professionals, while conferences are open to all until the room is full. Entry and parking are free (Parking des Pins, right next to the Palais Nikaïa). The venue is easy to reach by bus, tram or car via motorway exit 51 Nice Saint-Augustin.
