SERBOTEL is western France's flagship trade show for foodservice and hospitality professionals, covering restaurants, institutional catering, bakeries and pastry shops, butchers and delicatessens. Held every other year since 1985 by Exponantes, it brings together manufacturers, distributors and service providers with operators looking to refresh their menu, upgrade equipment and modernise their venue. Across four days, buyers can sample and test equipment, compare suppliers and get a first look at new products. Alongside the exhibition halls, the show runs competitions and live culinary demonstrations across segments such as food products, kitchen equipment, bakery and pastry, hotel supplies, wines and décor. The 2027 edition runs 17-20 October at the Parc des Expositions in Nantes and is reserved for trade visitors. Set beside the Erdre river with quick links to the city centre, the venue is convenient for attendees travelling in from other regions or abroad.
