From 26 to 29 May 2027, IFEMA Madrid hosts a new edition of SIMA EXPO, the event that turns the Spanish capital into the epicentre of the residential and flex-living sectors. The fair connects supply, capital and demand, bringing together developers, investors, consultancies, financial institutions and proptech companies in a setting built to create business opportunities. The event is structured around four complementary areas: SIMA EXPO, showcasing over 500 residential developments; SIMA INVEST, focused on investors and property owners; SIMAPRO, the professional forum for the living sector; and SIMA TECH, dedicated to technology and innovation across the real estate cycle. SIMA also hosts the ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards and a high-level networking programme featuring an international welcome reception, an institutional dinner and the Living Investors Day cocktail. The latest edition welcomed over 22,000 visitors, 9,000 professionals and investors, 390 exhibitors and 300 speakers from 40 countries.
